A little about me: Just graduated HS in June, moved out livin in NSD in Southern Cali. Don't know anyone, going to school, hopefully starting work soon, and GETTING SWOLL. I'm 6'2'' 180ish 18YO and looking to bulk while improving all my compounds. Started working out (semi) seriously about 6 months ago but now i really want to get my stuff in gear.

Diet & Supplements: As my fund are ehh.. diminished, to say the least.. I don't have tons of money to spend on daily gallons of milk, great meals, or high protein/calorie supplements (at this point). That being said I'm going to eat as much, and as healthy as possible on my budget. When I get some money for supps I'll update :)

Current 5RM:
Bench - 205 x 5
Squat 225 x 5
Dead 225 x 5
OHP 115 x 5
Pendlay Row 155 x 5

I went conservative on some but thats alright, I want steady growth and definitely don't wanna stall out after a few weeks so I'll take it slow.

Goal: By the end of 2011 I'd like to see my compounds as follows -
Bench 245 x 5
Squat 275 x 5
Dead 275 x 5
OHP 185 x 5
P Row 205 x 5

Lofty? Not enough? Maybe.. just estimates, if I feel I'm doing better or not as good as I'd like I may adjust.

New to the forum, looking forward to meeting people in the community and as I'm fairly new to training/weight lifting any comments, help, and constructive criticism I'll be looking forward to :) W1D1 starts this Monday Aug 29, looking forward to it!

Overall: Good workout a bit sluggish though.. I had some trouble with the P Rows i think because i'm new to them so the form is messing with me a little, hopefully that'll work itself out in the next couple weeks.

Woke up at 7 got to the gym at 8 i was tired as fuu -__- Felt good once I got there, it was a light day but I really focused on form. Did a superset of crunches n upright row at the end, took about 50 mins.
