isnt it insulin that lets you store fat.
so surely if you want to loose weight, dont you want to reduce insulin sensitivity?
And I know that after you diet your insulin sensitivy goes way up causing people to gain weight after they stop (they rebound).
So what you if took caffiene pills after a diet to reduce insulin sesitivy and stop the rebound affect ?

(ofc I know insulin is needed to make muscle grow and I know caffiene pills are pretty bad stuff, I just want a good answer)

(also how does caffiene affect insulin sensitivy after you stop taking it?)

(also how does caffiene affect insulin sensitivy after you stop taking it?) exercise negates the insulin blunting effect of caffeine. people don't rebound from increased insulin, they rebound because they eat too much.
