I am prepping for my first show. I have no clue what foods are better than others or what should I eat. my maintenance total cal intake daily will be 2977. what exactly shoudl I do guys? I dont care if you give me links for me to read just I dont know what to reference too. Please help a brother out!!

AndrewRead Layne Nortons Contest Prep article...it will put you in the ballpark and you can adjust from there.

Dude. Hit your macros precisely every day. Adjust them to accommodate your weight loss goals.
That's like 99% of the equation. What particular foods you choose comes down to personal preference. Ask 10 guys what they eat during prep and you'll likely get 10 different answers. Eat the foods you like and that you believe will yield the most optimal results.

It is a good STARTING point.....if you don't know what foods to eat, you are probably not ready for a contest prep and need to spend some time educating yourself via books, the forums, etc.

I am silly. It's like I shut off my head and just started typing, I actually have more than adequate knowledge to understand what to do. it's almost like I just wanted to be spoon-fed. Thanks Simpleguy! Repped!
