I need it. Lol Well, you'd look pretty ridiculous if your quads were all jacked and had nothing in the rear, lol. I hate doing hamstrings too, but I did them today. I'm so exhausted, but it's a good exhausted.
Here's what we did:
5x15 Stiff legged deadlifts. Got a pointer on turning my toes inward and squeezing glutes on the way up. Felt awesome
5x15 Lying leg curls. These are my nemesis. I usually do them with my trainer, but he's been sick all week
5x15 Standing Leg curls. See above
3x25 Standing cable kick backs on each leg (yes, I have my own ankle straps)
3x25 Butt Blaster, 10 Full ROM, 10 half ROM last 5 full ROM (for each leg)
Go do that and I am sure you will feel great.

Just look at how good of athletes people who do them are :)
