Hello guys just made forum account and was wondering you had any tips or advice,im 17 male around 5'3 or 5'4 and weigh around 91lbs my aim is to build mass on mainly arms...im currently doing x4 sets of 10 push ups, x4 sets of 8 reps of dumbell curls, x3 sets of forearms twists and x3 sets of 8 reps of wristcurls i also try to do x3 sets of 8 reps chest press then the same for the incline chest fly.On top of this im currently drinking a protein shake (magnum 8000 chocolate twice a day) find it hard to put on weight think im a hard gainer basicly any advice is what i said to much to little? how many times should i do this routine a week? well thanks in advance for any tips :\ (main goal being to game mass on upper body)
