Hey guys I'm currently looking for a new routine instead of my 5 day split and I found this (http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_...m_powerlifting) while looking around. Basically my bench has been stalled for about 3 months and I want to try more of a powerlifting routine to get all my lifts up. The thing that I like about this program is that there are still some bodybuilding elements to it and I would add one or two shoulder and bicep exercises into it too. It seems like a pretty complete program to me, but I just want to get the opinion of someone who is more experienced than me. From what I've read people seem to think it's a pretty advanced program so I'll add my stats in too, 5'11 175lbs Bench 250 Squat 275 Deadlift 260 (squat and deadlift are kind of low because I had a back issue for a while) Anyway let me know what you guys think.
