I am 11 weeks out from my comp and I think I've pulled my bicep muscle :( Its very sore and there is some sharp pains now and then. Its hurting all the way down to my fingers though, so bad I can't even make a fist, so I'm not sure what I've done...

That's too bad. I'm sorry to hear that. I've had that same thing happen though and it wasn't a torn bicep muscle. I definitely strained it but it didn't pull. You may try some Advil and give it some rest. If you did partially tear it, you'll have to see in a few days what you can and cannot do. If you can still do other pulling movements, all is not lost. You can certainly get away witout doing direct bicep work for a little while.
