i am a 28 yr old male looking for a extremely good work out program. i have been working out for over 5 years on and off, maybe a solid 2 and 6 quarters years on. currently i am 180 pounds and i guarentee i have over 15 percent body fat but no more the 24 percent body fat. my statistics are as follows:
38 in chest
35 in waist
my goal is to be a 30 in waist with a 43 in chest.
i need:
diet plan
work out plan
and a system where you and i can track progress....(for motivation)
who ever is intrested i will work my ass off to get to this goal.

hello guys my names mike well ive been training on and off for 6 years now and ye ive goton stronger but ive hit a halt am not improving at no point i keep lifting the same am currently doing full body routines 3 times a week as follows
bench press- 4 sets of 5reps with 75 killos in total with bar
dumbell bicep curl 20killos-2sets of 8
dumbell tricep extension 20 killos - 2sets-of 8 dumbell shoulder press 20killos - 2sets of 8 dumbell back row 20killos 4 sets of 8 dumbell trapezius shrugs 20killos 2sets of 8 dumbell 20killos squats 4 sets of 8 and standing 20k dumbell standing calf raise and i also throw in 2 sets of 20 pressups 2 sets of 20 situps 2 sets of 20 leg raises i do that every mon wed and friday but my day job is as a construction worker so am always using quite abit of energy.... am 6 foot aged 20 weigh 80killos -176 pounds would be appreciated if some1 could help
