Competitions in NJ?

How do I find out about natural BB competitions in NJ? This would be my first ever, which means I'll probably have tons of questions later. But for now, I'm looking for amateur competitions for men.

I'll be competing in NJ in September up in East Orange, NJ at the NGA bodybuilding championships - it'll be my first show as well, they have a men's novice division.

no problemo, buddy, if you want to know more about the show like what classes are being offered and all simply email the promoter - that's how I find out the additional info on the shows I'm interested in, the one's I've come in contact with have all been extremely helpful and happy to assist.
