Im 105-110 pounds and 5'8 and trying to make a good bulking diet, im useing the macro ratio of 40p/40c/20f but im having a hard time calculating how many calories i need to intake.
My workout is split between 6 days with 2 muscle groups each day and 20 min of moderate cardio twice a week. If anyone can give an estimate on how many calories i need to intake it would really help, and yes i have read the fourms how to do it but im not sure im doing it right.

see the sticky on calculating cals and macro's. figure out your maintenance and then your surplus. don't use percentages/ratios for macro's. the sticky will tell you how to come up w/ them too.

eta: just noticed your age. just eat and eat a lot.

1g protein/1lb bodyweight, .5g fat/1lb bodyweight, fill the rest with carbs at what you believe you need based of previous training/diet program.

Use the mirror, track progress. Assess progress 1x week on saturday or sunday, whatever works well for you. Listen to your biofeedback, adjust kcals as needed. Give your current diet 2-4 weeks before trying to make any drastic changes. DON’T BE IMPATIENT

thats a simple STARTING POINT, <—— read that again….. Gaining too much fat go easy on the kcals to avoid unnecessary fat gain, and vice versa… hope that helps :) Cheers
