Registering with INBF?

been trying to search for it but couldn't locate anywhere on the site regarding registration.

I just want to know the details of getting started in the competition. ie: how much is it to register as an athlete to compete in the organization? annual fee?

i couldn't find it in the website as well.

on a side note/question: are the supplements from muscle meds banned? i've taken carnivor and have methylburn (which bodybuilding.com has stopped selling, not sure why).

hm I found a printable registration form right on the website from what I remember, just had to fill it out and mail it in..
