Hey guys!!
Basically want to try keeping some progress on my lifts so I have an actual record to look back on in the future!
Just some quick background info on me...
I am currently 17 years old I just started weight training about 5 months ago, and I was your proto-typical 145 lbs bean stock who typically got outlifted by the stronger women. I wanted at that time to make sure when I turned 17 I would have committed myself to weight lifting consistantly and there would be no doubt in anyones mind that I was a lifter. I had of course done some on and off lifting for various sports, but that was erratic at best and I never ever really cared about lifting. After suffering major concussion and a knee injurie I finally turned to lifting for a hobby that would keep me active. Also, I am a huge fan of football and all aspects of MMA as well as Basketball, so don't hesitate to start a convo about any of those topics.

We are testing these next 3 weeks so I will keep you guys posted on how high my totals get! I feel extremely happy that I went from 500 lbs to 800 lbs in only 5 months of weight lifting training. I also set a few school lifting records in the process (Cleans / Deads), but I absolutely am not content and I want to get better.
Thanks for reading and I hope to upload pictures of when I started to my current progress!
