Hey guys!, so im new to this and in about 8 hours when i wake up i will begin my journey to losing approx 20 pounds. As it stands, im about78kg.. 170 pounds, at 5'10 or 178cm.

I have my diet and workouts sorted, i am just on here for support and help along the way as i know its going to be an initially painful first 8-12 weeks, I could really use your comments of motivation and checkout my profile for my before pic!.

I have the same goal and was going to start tomorrow too!! I'm just having a hard time deciding what plan (nutrition and fitness) to pick since there are so many on here. Did you create one yourself or get one off bb.com? I was thinking of doing one of the pre-designed plans but I can't find any posts from people who have actually tried them beginning to end and their results so it makes me hesitant.

I wish you good luck with your goals - I think you are on the right path by coming here and looking for support and will do great! Don't worry about the struggle because all those days and weeks of pain will be long forgotten when you're looking in the mirror and see the body you desire now looking back at you!

You are as tall as me. :( On another note, good luck! I think with the right planning this will be no problem, just commit, thats the biggest part. Each things is a puzzle piece. Diet, Exercise, Sleep, etc. I would love to see what you have lined up if you have time to post it, I think everyone would like to see and critiquing would better be done if your diet/routine were visible, unless of course you are not looking for tips so much.
