View Full Version : T3 stacked with EC?

Ended a clen/T3 stack a few weeks back...worked, well, okay.

I decided to do an EC stack...only on day three. BF is suggesting adding in T3...

Has anyone done this? I feel like I should stick with just EC for a couple of weeks to see if it helps, and THEN add it in...just get nervous about adding stuff at random....

Help appreciated.

It can be used together, sure, but don't use EC with clen...
But honestly, I never liked T3 or clen for that matter. ECAY > clen all day IMO. Got the worst sides from clen (shakes, sweats from no where) and T3 didn't do shyt dosed up to 125mcg per day.

Make sure your diet is on, cardio 7 days a week, up to three times per day, and ECAY will be plenty. Moreover, you should be taking a break from T3 if you just used it.

Thanks! I didn't really like clen/T3...just made me shaky and I didn't like my mood after I got done...don't know if that's a side but my mood tanked...

I'm hesitant to add anything else right now...I want to see how this works. I need to increase my cardio...doing about 4-5 days right now of varied intensities...
