Hi,
I am a 32 yr old man trying to get my body in shape. I am following a rigorous work out regime which extends to 1 hr 40 min/ 2 hrs a day. The cardio to weight training ratio is like 70:30.. n cardio specifically includes jogging of 6-8 miles every mng.
My height is 6' 1" and i weigh 210 lbs now..i have reduced almost by 24lbs and want to go for anodr 22.. The body fat is going down but fat at my belly is not reducing as it shud have been and i do feel sleepy at times after work out.
I am not taking any specific supplement till now..just water n protein rich diet in d day.
Thought of taking Whey protein but need suggestion n feed back on wats appropriate for me to loose body fat n build muscle fat along n put my belly to shape.
Height: 188 cms
Weight: 210 Lbs(reduced by 24)
Diet: Water n protein rich food
Supplement : not yet
Target : reduce body fat(especially belly fat) by another 22lbs n get body in shape
