Multi vitamin, ecchinacea/garlic, and cod fish is what I have. But I think I need to ditch the cod liver oil because it's too much Vitamin A. WHat do you take

Nothing, nada.

Food, water, and sunshine.

When available and affordable my family and myself (including my raw fed dog) eat wild game, grass fed beef and free range poultry. Cancels out the need for any fish oil/omega-3 supps.

Same with produce. I grow what I can of my own, and eat locally of what I can get and afford. :)

I don't think I have any deficiencies. IF I had a disease or deficiency that a supplement would cure/fix/help, I suppose I'd consider it. Until then...

I don't take any vitamins.....the smell/taste make me want to hurl. I couldn't even swallow prenatal ones during my pregnancies.

I don't feel/appear to have any deficiencies, but who knows.... Until there is some test or I have some ailment that indicates I truly need to supplement with vitamins, I will continue to avoid putting myself through such unpleasantness.

I am one of those people that is not quick to go to the doctor and definitely not quick to take any medication/supplement/vitamin....always a last resort and always leery.

I just take a multi. I think it is recommended to take fish oil and calcium also, although I haven't tried it and just stick with the multi

i think supps are unnecessary, however, i am a big believer in vitamins. wonder what el's thoughts are. i think they're wicked impt, even if you eat a balanced diet (i don't think the iron i take is neccessary for everyone. i was just always anemic so for me it is. but doesn't need to be on "the" list)

No no, grass feed/pasture free range beef is considered to be more natural, so a lot of people swear by it. The cows are often in better health and have a better quality of life than the ones who are corn/grain feed (as that's not really what a natural, grazing, cow would be eating) and they get more activity.
