What a month this has been. I did my first workout in 3 1/2 weeks today and boy did it ever kill me. I hope I remeber how bad I feel right now and won't take so much down time.

Ok, my diet went to #$@@ over the past month which included my boyfriend moving a 1000 miles away amoung other things... anyone ever heard of comfort foods LOL. Anyway, just checking in for some encouragement form the board on getting back into form - the pitty party is over, time to get to work! I have got some bf to lose and muscle to gain.

Hey Kat......I had the same party lol.....Lot of bad stuff going on here too. Just start off by cleaing up the nutrition and don't skip a work out for awhile until it's habit again..21 days.....

Well considering I don't have that much else to do do since my honey left, the gym seems to be the highlight of my day. As usual, diet will be what I have to work on the hardest - cheese is a great comfort food :(

Hope everything gets back to normal for you also!
