Over the course of the last year I have lost about 75lb of fat, and added a little muscle as well. I'm tying to cut these last twenty pounds off and am looking at a few at home programs. P90X really peaks my interest, as the does the Insanity. I'm at about 16% body fat at the moment. Do any of you have experience with these two, and do you think it is possible drop my bf to under 10% with the programs. any feedback would be appreciated.
