I have a female friend who is going away on a business trip overseas and is a particularly picky eater.

Wanted to know if anyone here recommends a good appetite suppressant that they have used. She does work out and has taken stimulants before such as Workout Extreme, etc..

Just wondering if anyone knows of something that they have had good results with.

Thanks in advance.

^^^This. Why does she need one? What does travelling have to do with anything and why does she want to suppress her appetite?

any kind of stimulant (caffeine, Dimethylamylamine) and carnitine. i used to take pre-workouts with those ingredients and i was not hungry for hours post-workout. usually i'm starving, so those did something

Isn't being a picky eater a great appetite suppressant?

She is going overseas and does not know if the food available will be what she likes/ eats. This is not workout related, she is just looking for something that will kill her appetite for a while.

Exactly this.

I find it extremely easy to find fresh fruits and veggies here, and every where i have travelled.

And, depending on where she is going, it can be considered extremely rude to not eat what is made. And, she may have issues getting it through customs in some countries.

I really do not think this is the "best" way to deal with her issue.

She's not much of an eater other than grilled chicken, certain types of steak, and tuna fish from a can. No fruits or veggies, and I, as a person who's into fitness, understand and have spoken to her about her potential choices.

This is just strictly about experiences with appetite suppressants. I appreciate the concern from everyone, but as a friend who's known her for 8 years, she isn't changing her eating habits anytime soon.

Thanks again everyone.

No offense, but if she's THAT picky and strict, a little hunger won't kill her.

Usually people's food choices get a little more lax when the hunger sets in. She's a big girl, I think she'll figure it out for herself.

Sorry brah, I don't see you getting a whole lot of advice on the subject (aside from she should eat) when that majority of responders don't think she should be taking them in the first place.
