Theres a Bodybuilding show i want to enter (in the under 21's class) next year in may 2012, its now june 2011 so ive got plenty of time but im not sure whether to carry on bulking until closer to the competition or cut now because i feel like i really need one. what do you think i should do? I have attached pics so give me you thoughts, any responses will be greatly appreciated.

I would go on a mini-cut for now and get the body-fat a little lower, then do a slower clean bulk trying to stay leaner (not LEAN).
As we know, dieting is a killer on the metabolism. I think you'd have better success doing 2-x week cuts rather than all at once considering the time is there, which it is.

How do you mean 2 x week cuts?

Looking thick bro! Looks like youve got some great size, now its time to cut and see what ya got. I was actually in the same situation as you about 2-3months ago man. Alot of mass, but also a lot of fat to cut. And the posters here gave me the same advice.
What he means is, do a "quick" cut now to trim off the bulk of the fat, this is the easy part, just diet down to 10-12%bf. Take a few weeks "break" and eat at maintenance to rev up your metabolism again. Then the fun begins ;)
Do a second cut and loose the rest of the fat. I just began my "second" cut now. Dieting has been long, but so far painless, with steady fat loss every week.
I think that's what he meant. Best of luck man

I would seriously start cutting up a bit now till you can see some good muscle seperation and muscle fibers... leaning up doesnt mean you have to stop growing, losing muscle and getting weak...
You put some good size on, now what i would do is transition into a conditioning plan.. Focus more on lean gains with condition in mind so you can always walk around looking like your a possible competitor..

Yep i would start cutting up a bit soon-ish, trying to bulk up at this time you'll probably gain nothing but fat...and make your contest harder for yourself...which competition are you going for next year? As its the last time for me as u21 next year i plan to do as many as i can...and i see your from GB aswell dude! So just asking :)
