I am a middle age guy trying to stay healthy

Warm-Up
Jump Rope 5 mins

Chest & Back

Weighted Dips 2x8-10x80

Rotator Cuff Rehab work

Core
Hyperextension using bands 1x15
Situps with 10 lbs medicine ball 1x20

Nutrition

Post: Purple Wrath 10 gm/Coffee

Macro: 40% protein/40% Carbs/20% Fat

I just start 1 year ago with Starting Strength --> 5/3/1 --> current 5/3/1 hybrid
