Hi Shane, I live in Pleasant Prairie, Wi right now. I work out at The Lake View Rec Plex. The gym is very nice and big.

I don't even know where all these places are.... I just recently moved here not even a year ago. Of course i know Milwaukee though :)

Well Green BAY is on the bottom of the little bay that is formed by the point of Wisconsin.
If anyone is ever going to be in Green Bay this summer shoot me a PM and we can train together. I'll take you to the ONLY YMCA with a power rack in our sprawling ;) city.
i just moved from elkhorn to vermont exactly a year ago its about 45 minuites south of milwaukee and i hated it there the people there were foul pig and i am wondering if that is what all of wisconsin is like

That's what most of Wisconsin is like. The state wouldn't be anything without beer and cheese ;)

Just putting my two cents in as well, I go to UWM myself and I live on campus for the 2003-04 school year. Work as a personal trainer at Ballys Downtown.

Just moved back to Milwaukee about 8 months ago. Grew up here, trained at Bally's downtown and at Southridge. Now I live in the Franklin area and train at Innovative Health & Fitness. Nothing quite like scaring the blue-hairs with a little BodyBuilding!
Stoker - I'll check on those bars for ya if the wife ever lets me out! hehe.

Hey guys ... wondering if anyone out in Waukesha County is looking for a workout partner. I am fat and out of shape now, but once I start hammering it hard again I'll catch up pretty quickly.

Congratulations. If you don't play for the Iowa football team, then, big deal. You have nothing but Iowa football to root for in your entire state.
Im in Racine (south of milwaukee for all you northern guys). Lift at Flex. And you will NOT see a pig down here... plenty of rats and pitbulls, but no pigs:)
I was down at the rec plex this past weekend runnin the 5k, to whoever said they lifted there....
