looks like that's just where you genetically store fat. Since you can't spot lose weight, you need to eat a calorie deficit under your maintenance. I would stick to mostly weight training rather than cardio since you're already pretty slender overall so you can maintain current muscle.

You mean that i need to do diet? my BMR is 1,200 calories per day (without culculate sport etc..)
So i need to eat under 1,200 cacl per day?
And i need to do weight training?
Im understand you right?

You need to put on some muscle to help with the loose skin and overall tightness of your body. Dieting won't do anything for that at all.

Could you give me a series of fitness exercises that can improve the situation? About nutrition and how I should divide the menu? 50% carbohydrate? 40% protein and 10% fat is fine?

There are stickys at the tops of the various boards that you should read. Calculating Calories and Macros is on the Nutrition board and Training Programs is on the Training board, both within the Female section.
You need to do some research yourself (read those stickys!) and then come back and ask more specific questions.

Reread Rowyn's post :)

a) I have no idea. sorry
b) females store fat in their bellies. That's just the way it is. You can't afford to lose weight... you need to bulk and gain muscle first. Read the calculating calories and macro sticky if you're worried about it, but you need to eat more than what you're currently eating and lift heavy weights ... and read the Bulking thread.
c) not really. Just read about bulking and training. Then come back and ask specifics.

B) Stop thinking in terms of percentages. Read here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703921 Lots of people store fat on their abdomins and they are perfectly capable of dieting it down if they need to. Often though, what can appear as "too much stomach fat" is just not enough abdominal muscle, making your stomach look uneven. Solution: eat right (read that link) and put on muscle. Read here too http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=109102971 .

Um, hello? Your BMR is how much you need if you stay in bed all day long. Take your BMR and multiply it by at least 1.2, depending on your activity level, and you have to consider teh calories you burn in exercise too.

10% fat is not enough. Eat about 1g of protein per lb of body weight. Get at least 50g of fat, and the rest carbs.
