Anyone dealing with high blood pressure? As my weight goes up so goes my blood pressure. I have alway been on the upper scale of normal (pre-hyper tension). My latest reading was 166 over 88. Dont really want to go the prescription route but may have to. My weight is right around the 250. Would prefer not to lose a bunch of weight if possible. My strength tends to nose dive when I start dieting. Any advice or experiences with this issue would be helpful.

Once you are caught in bp situation, you got to take medicines for that. Difficult to get out naturally. You should have taken care earlier. Anyway walking & work out is best to loose weight and stay healthy.

honestly as soon as i started it dropped from 140/90 to 120/90
i have been off it for 1 month now, and itsstead 120/90 mind u i was 310 lbs im now 281, so with effort and the right food choices u can do it , my enemy was sodium, and sodium rich foods, now, there gone and so is my medicine!
