so i was doing dumbell press. I always do dumbell press and dips. 120x6 on the 3rd rep i felt strain.
i am cutting and i am not sure if that has something to do with increasin the chance of injury or slowing down recovery
i know that for someone liek me who does this all the time it shouldnt occur but i was wondering if anyone else had any strain there as well. its only on my left side...
