I need your guys help with breaking this fat loss plateau. I feel like my body just does not want to get into single digits. Last summer I cut down to about 145 and about 11-12% body fat. I bulked up a little this past winter and injured my shoulder but all of my basic lifts went up about 30-40 lbs. I am around 150 now and about 12% body fat but my weight won't go under 150 for the past 3 weeks even though I have done some variations of giant carb-ups(ex two days of eating 400 grams of carbs and then the next day 300 grams, all while being over maintenance about 500 calories each time. I want to get down to single digits or at a minimum 10% body fat. Are their any tricks or things you guys know of. I currently work out as follows. Diet besides for carb up day is 1500-1600 calories, 140-170 grams of protein, carbs under 60 grams and fat about 50 grams or so.

Monday-Chest, Shoulders
Tuesday-Back, biceps
Wednesday-Cardio
Thursday-off, carb up day at maintenance
Friday-Chest, Shoulder
Saturday-Back,Biceps
Sunday-Cardio
