That eating 2500 cals and no cardio will NOT make you fat. Keep in mind I am not saying that my body is ideal--far from it! Still trying to pack on more mass but so far have gained 10 lbs this year!

1. Anecdotal evidence isn't really proof of anything.
2. Can't view links.
3. If those are direct links to your email I'd be very, very cautious of posting them here. Upload the pictures to tinypic.

Are these progress pics? Cuz it won't let me view them. I kinda needed some reassurance this evening too!

Cut her slack Mr Big. We have so much trouble getting women to eat. Seeing "her" proof is fantastic.
Now we just need her to upload to photobucket or attach images :p

Save the picture to your computer, find tinypic on google, it will give you an option to upload photos. Then just upload from the file you saved it to, pretty easy when you actually try it out!

Haha yeah I didn't mean to discourage her, my main concern was linking to her email account. Asking for trouble.

Assuming about 2,100 calories would be your basal metabolic rate and probably 2900 calories would be your maintenance calories (guessing you workout 4 days a week), why would eating 2500 calories make you fat?
edit: Oh you're a woman? Still

Just delete the thread and start over after you have the pics uploaded somewhere:)
I hope people aren't afraid of 2500 cals while training:eek:

I guess you have never worked in a gym?
Or looked in the nutrition subforums on this site?

sorry about that guys! and yeah, just trying to give a little inspiration. i know anecdotes are not always the best but for THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE i do not think they will gain significant amount of fat on that amount with no cardio so long as they are lifting heavy.

Went in once and backed out very very slowly.

I am kinda ribbing you. 2500 cals while training should not be feared by most anyway, you seem a little scared of it yourself;) Many chicks here SHOULD be eating at that level for muscle gains.
