Second opinion on what? If albuterol and salbumtamol are the same?
Also, if you didn't lose weight on clen and/or ephedrine, you're not going to lose weight on albuterol.

Yes if both albuterol and salbutamol are the same.
I have done clenbuterol and ephdrine cycles before with great results, its that i moved to another country and can't find them here.

Sounds like you have no idea what you're doing with your diet and or training and you're resorting to drugs. Good luck.

ratios don't really mean much. You don't have to eat a specific ratio of macros to achieve optimal fat loss. You do need to eat below your body's maintenance. Why no weights? You realize that more muscle mass equals a higher BMR. My advice is this: You do not need to take fat burners or any kind of drug to get in good shape. Heck you can get absolutely freaking peeled to the bone without anything more than a firm grasp on your diet, training, and being disciplined. Doing it the hard way will allow you to maintain the physique that you desire. Doing it the easy way will be more expensive, more unhealthy, and in the end you'll just end up right back where you started.

You just need to get on a healthy diet and training program and stick with it. Consistency, simplicity, and dedication is the magic pill.
You can do it without those drugs man! It's worth it!

exactly.
once thats squared away, T3 + albut/clen will do the trick. but they are useless without proper diet and having a solid cardio plan. diet+cardio get you in shape.

Thanks for all your support and opinions, maybe i shouldv'e told more about my self. I am not a noob to weight training i have done 2 AAS cycles in the past when the AAS forum was alive here i was always there. I know there is no such thing as a magic pill. I just want to get in to single digit body fat currently at 12% weighting 205, 5'7. Iam talking a break from weights and just want to try something different and see how my body reacts when calories are reduced with high protein diet to preserve muscle. I would have never started this thread if i hadn't moved because i had access to clen. By all means i do respect all you for giving me knowlegde.

BRB eating 500g of protein, 400g of carbs and 175g of fat and expecting to lose weight. That's a 40/30/30 p/c/f split and it doesn't mean **** for dieting. You need to be in the right caloric range for you as an individual as well.
