Things of interest:
End of Summer Goals
Start on varsity(injured last year)
Weight:265lbs night weight @decent BF
Endurance: A lot more
65' feet end of summer (spin) 12lb
55" feet end of summer (spin) 16lb
185' feet end of summer (spin) hs disc
155' feet end of summer (spin)college disc
compete in 2 competitions (powerlifting/olympic lifting)
Break school bench and Powerclean Records
As of May 29
Clean and jerk:250lbs
40: Uknown, probably 4.9
Shot 53'1 in meet, 58' foul in practice with 12lb, haven't thrown 16lb
Discus:138' in meet, 155'? in practice
have not competed in any competetions yet, looking to get some experience.
NOTE: I'm probably only going to update when i pr, be it in shot, weight, lifts or something else, or when I feel like it. I'll try to include videos as well.

deadlift:500lbs currently, don't do them much though, want to get 600lb end of summer

did some cardio yesterday, trying to lift but kinda hard bcuz of finals
cardio was hard as fuuuuuuuck im getting thar doe\
really just wanna max out on my lifts

Anyways i got a weight set, making my own program.
Basically a bunch of programs slapped together for one retarded hard gains inducing madness
Mon: low reps, high weight, no max
Weds: low weight, high reps(volume)(12 reps, 5 sets)
Fri: low reps, high weihgt, max effort + Incline Bench
Work form often, stretch ect
Mon:BS-High Weights, Low reps
Tues:FS-low weight, high reps
Weds:HS-4 sets of 5
Mon:Deadlift, low weight high reps.
Sun:Deadlift, high weight, low reps
Take out mondays everyother week
Fri: Clean + Jerk
Always go heavy, low reps, build power, max effort every day.
Tues: High Reps, Low weight (10 reps, 5 sets)
Thurs: Low weight, high reps

im a lot weaker right now dunno why. could barely do 225x2 on powercleans yet did it 20 times a few month ago?. lol

had a decent workout
for some reason the past 3-4 weeks i haven't been able to squat, like at all.
My form is ****, hurts my lower/mid back and my weight has on it has gone down 120lbs. I think its mostly a mental thing doe. Will correct it in 2 weeks or less.
-Bench is terribly weak right now too, idk whats up with my lifts, they were stronger 6 month ago.
315x1, not a max but i defintiley felt like ****.
would powerclean but i was dead from push press.
should probably consider changing clean and jerk goal to 315, this **** is easy. Also same for snatch, i got 225 on snatch not too long away, not even a legit max out or anything.

lol after not lifting forever, i was messing round in my basement. My bench has gone down but im still suprised i got 300lbs. It was all in the form. Still haven't got my shoes doe. Oh well. This log will pick up as im lifting more.
