Before I start I just want to thank Universal for the opportunity to log their product, Animal Rage. Opportunities like this are really appreciated and show which company cares about how their product works for people. I expect great things from this product of a great company(no nuthug?). And now...

Some info about me:
-Weigh around 160, bodyfat 12-13%
-I am currently bulking using Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking Program
-Taking in 2800 calories a day, 350 carbs/175 protein/78 fat
-I received this product about 3 days ago but I waited to create a log because I was in the middle of a deload
-I am quite stim tolerant, some products I have used in the past are: Jack3d, White Flood, Hemo Rage UC, and ON AmiN.O. energy. I picked my deload week to cycle off stims so my review of this product can be as "on-point" as possible when I start back up tomorrow.
-Workouts are 2 uppers and 2 lowers each week. Want to bring up the numbers on all compounds
-Never logged a supplement before so bear with me and let me know if im doinitwrong
Once again, thank you Universal! Will update tomorrow after squat day :D

Here's my initial thoughts on Rage:
Appearance 10/10:
The powder is very fine, which I believe helped with mix-ability, smell is phenomenal, very "citrusy". I don't care for profile, if I believe it works, then that is good enough for me.
Mix-ability 8/10:
Used a small electric mixed and mixed for 10 seconds, noticed some clumps, mixed for another 5 seconds. A little powder gathered in the middle, but non left once I drank the fluid. Will try mixing longer and with more water tomorrow and re-evaluate.
Taste 7/10:
Did not taste bad AT ALL. I am comparing against the flavor of orange juice. Rage tasted like a very cool and smooth almond milk, with a hint of orange. Not sour or bad, just not incredibly "orange-y" Might mix with orange juice tomorrow and re-evaluate ;)
Sensations/feelings 9/10:
VERY fast acting. Felt very tingly on the way on the way to the gym. Itchy ears and fingers, which I don't mind at all. This might be because I trained fasted today, which I normally never do. Tingles went away after first couple of sets.
Energy/Pumps 10/10:
Wow. As soon as I got in my car, all I wanted to do was lift. I got into the gym and abused those weights immediately. Very focused and energized. I felt the reps and pushed through every set with ease. PR's on almost every lift, might have gotten more had I had food in my stomach. Training fed tomorrow.
Price 8/10:
I'll be honest, there are better priced preWO supps out there. But I am willing to pay the extra money for a supplement that WORKS, instead of a cheaper one that just causes me to spin my wheels. Rage isn't the cheapest, but I will always take the supp that works over any other. $37-39 for 44 servings is "decent".
Overall 9/10:
This is definitely not a placebo supplement. If you are someone who needs a little something "extra" to help you excel in the gym, I would recommend this to you. Looking at every aspect, So far this is the best preWO I've tried, but I am going to wait until the tub is finished before I decide if this will be my "go-to" preWO supplement.
Lifts (Last set):
-Front Squat: 130x8 +5 lb PR
-Deadlift: 210x8 +5 lb PR

-Seated leg curl: 150x12 +2 rep PR

Trained fed today, much much better. I feel like it slowed down the absorption of the rage, because I started to feel some tingles in the middle of the rows. I was in a rush today, so I was in the gym about 20 minutes after I downed the Rage, which is probably the main reason for the delayed reaction. I feel like 30 minutes is the optimal timing for it. Regardless, I was still surprised at how focused and determined I was today. Felt as strong as I did yesterday and the energy was sustained throughout the workout. I was even able to ignore the massive DOMS from yesterday's squats lol. One thing I'm curious about is the difference between the pak and powder forms of Rage, mainly how fast the reaction is and if there is any difference on the effect of the workout. One thing to note was I didn't notice any massive pumps as I did with other supps, but this is one thing I actually like. I never understood why anyone wants their arms to be so full they can't even scratch their heads in the middle of a workout. Overall, I feel like this may be the preWO for me, can't find anything I dislike about it. Good work Universal.
Lower Day 2 on Thursday, might try two scoops then. Just hope I can handle it lol, will update then.

Today was busy as hell. Today my friend woke me up twice while I was trying to sleep so I was kinda moody all day, plus add to the fact that I still had massive DOMS from monday made me almost not want to go to the gym, but I sucked it up and went. Downed the rage, which I noticed tastes kinda "salty" (best way I can describe the aftertaste), but that taste is gone as soon as I finish it so no worries. Had to go up to a scoop and half today, I really liked it, kicked in much faster than usual. I'm usually patient and willing to work in with other people at the gym, but since I went later than usual today it was PACKED, so I angrily hogged all the machines lol, guess that's what the rage does for ya. Set some more PRs today, which I'm quite happy about. Also threw away all my other preWO supps because none of em compare to this one, definitely not going back to anything else.
That's it for today's update, will report in tomorrow after upper day 2.

Not much to note today. Didn't feel so good so I may have sacrificed some form in order to get the weight/reps up. 1.5 scoops once more in order to get me through the workout. Barely made it, was nauseous as hell but gave it my all to be finished for the weekend. Rage is still working great, numbers going up steadily as you can see by today's log. Can barely get up right now lol :D oh well. That's all for today, be back monday...

Out the door after downing the rage, so I busted out some moderate intensity cardio before and after lifting session today, which I believe helped warm up and let me ramp up the weights. 10 mins before and 15 after left me satisfied. Don't want to get over eager but trying to give as much effort in the gym as possible. On a side note I am going to be flying to Turkey for vacation this Saturday, so I will try my best to keep the log going from there.

Lack of updates lately is attributed to me being lazy+super busy. Rage is still working well for me, trying to be conservative by not using more than 1 scoop, as it has to last me through 2 months of summer break in Turkey. Might have to change up my split because I won't be able to go to the gym as many days as I have been, but no idea of a split to use. Might just do some SS and get those compound lift numbers up. One thing I want to note about almost every lift going up, I've been giving a little extra effort in the gym trying to get them to go up before I leave. Will still keep this log up if I can, but for now I have to pack!
