The Champion: Thai_Clinch
Stats
5'6''
240lbs.
27 years of age
Products that I will be using: White Flood - Electric Lemonade; American Pure Whey Isolate - Cinnabun flavor
I have been lifting since the age of 14. Always on and off. Ive really dedicated myself for the past 13 months and Ive had some crazy changes in that time span. I went from 275 lbs. to 230. Packed on lean muscle up to 246lbs. Now, as of 2 weeks ago, I have started cutting. Cardio is ramped up, Diet has been modified greatly to a high protein/very low carb ratio to keep size while trying to melt body fat. Im highly motivated to reach a goal of 200 lbs. by the end of summer. 4 months, 40 lbs. is a high goal to set for myself but I believe it is attainable without losing much mass and strength gains ive made in the past. Previous lift stats (not the ones on my bodyspace, i dunno where those odd numbers come from.):
1rm Bench: 375 (october 2010)
1rm Dead: 495 (november 2010)
1rm Squat: 405 (november 2010) Yeah, squat sucks. List of reasons but I wont use them as excuses.
Now for the challenger.

Diet plan
My plan is to eat high protein, low carbs, with fats coming mostly from fish. My carb intake will be oats in the morning and post workout. I will have half a scoop of cinnabun whey with my oats mixed in for flavoring and 2 shakes (2 scoops) daily, after workout and at night after work. My carbs will be less than 80g a day and my protein im hoping to keep around the 250-300g range with 125g of it from whey isolate. Any other suggestions for my diet is highly recommended as cutting isnt exactly my forte.

Summary of White Flood
I took 1 1/2 servings of White Flood 30 min. prior to my workout. Now with the old formula, I got a good alertness, wasnt too intense, always got a nice workout in with plenty of energy. Now I dunno if it's because of the nice weather and the anticipation I had for the product but my first impression: This is a different beast.
I felt an intense amount of energy, a sustained focus throughout my entire workout. I felt like I was going 200mph around the gym. No jitters, no other odd feelings. A great surge of power, energy, and focus. I really like what I got from my initial use of it and I look forward to see how long I can stay away from the "immunity" most succumb with using preWO.
I will give this product an initial 10/10. This is exactly what I want out of my Pre-Workout supplement and I am not suprised at all that CL, once again, delivers.

I havent had the chance to get psyKO yet. Ive been going with the stack of Green MAG, Purple WRAATH, White FLOOD, and Orange TRIAD for over a year now. I tried BlueUP over the summer but had to stop using it because of the yohimbe in it. I see their is stim free blueUP though, just not at my vitamin shoppe where I purchased the blueUP

The Summary
Slammed down 2 servings of White Flood 25 min. before workout. I felt the tingles today....and felt possesed. Today seemed a lot more ramped up than the prior day. Cant believe the rush im getting off of this compared to white flood. I felt alert with the old formula...this stuff takes it to the next level. Stomach was feeling a little queezy today, but not sure if it was the white flood or just the fact i was doing work in a gym with no A/C. Workout lasted 90 minutes. Felt pretty darn good after. Im liking the new formula a lot guys !

Summary
Slammed down 2 scoops today of CL White Flood. I may stick with 1.5 scoops from here on out. Was pretty powerful and a little hard on the gut today. Nonetheless, The intense energy was still there. The focus I have on WF is great as well. Endurance died down a bit after workout, but adding the 1 minute sprints between sets really wore me down. Especially in a gym thats like a sauna. I was sweating furiously hahaha. Either way, another solid workout and WF is delivering wonderfully.

Tomorrow is an off day and Thursday Chest/Tri's will be done with one big scoop instead of 2 level scoops.

Time: 11am-12:10pm
Date: 5/25
So today was scheduled as my off day. Rest period. **** that. I know the body needs rest but I figured I can atleast get in cardio. So I did.
One hour; 10min. intervals; 1 min. rest in between intervals. I ramped incline and resistance up on treadmill for first 5 intervals and declined them on last 5.
Good cardio session. I dont think ive gone over 40 minutes for cardio in over a years time. I was just really motivated today. I took one scoop of White Flood today as opposed to two yesterday. Hardly felt the tingles but still had that energy. Really kicked in after my first interval.
Tomorrow is chest/tri's. Come at me, brah !

Took my 1.5 scoops of White Flood 20 min. prior to hitting the gym. Phenomenal Day in the gym. Full of energy, strength, and focus. I havent done deadlifts since November, so I wasnt sure how I would do. 455 was always my PR. Never attempted anything above that since. So today, I said "I feel GREAT, lets do deads", and went at it. Had no problem getting 315 and 405 up. I just had this sudden rush to say "**** it, lets throw on 505"....I let out a loud roar and went for it....didnt make it. The intense feeling i had after that fueled me even more for the rest of the workout. The focus I have is just insane during my workout...Strength is also amazing. Considering my low carb count and lack of power during my cut, White Flood has made me increase my lifts even during this process. Product is so clutch right now. :)

Dont have much time on this one but I hit the gym today, not feeling well...stomach was in knots over some things in my life. -squats
-hack squats
-single leg press
-leg extensions
-smith machine standing calf raises
finished it up with 30 min. of biking for cardio.
About all i could handle today. Put in hard work, def. seeing results. over the last few weeks and this stuff has been a big factor lately. Tomorrow ill be doing chest. Then a rest period on tuesday.

Summary
Overall, solid workout. Day off helped. White Flood kicked in early and walked into the gym with the intent to hurt some iron. So far, the difference I notice in the product is the energy. Old formula gave me a good focus with that "clean" energy to keep me going through the workout. This is like the rabies version. I want to destroy the weight room, the strength is there, and the focus is even more radical. I really like it.

Need to rememebr not to do more than one healthy scoop. Too much and the tingles are fierce for about 10 min lol. All in all, getting work in

Summary
Today was a very inspirational workout. I have been watching a lot of kai greene video's on youtube and it helped me push through a solid workout. I like to relate myself to him, mentally. His drive, passion, and discipline has really made me buckle down over the last few months. I feel like I can achieve anything. Being on the other spectrum of most that lift here, starting out as an overweight, out of shape person, I feel like i need to work twice as hard to make up for lost time. One of my only regrets though, is not that i made myself that way through the years but that I didnt find lifting earlier in my life. As active as I was as a kid through multiple sports, this is one that you really have to find yourself. You dont hear about this being talked about growing up as a sport to get into. I really hope that to improve our status as people in this country, we can take what men like kai greene do and have it in our schools. It would truly make everyone a better person, not just physically and health wise, but mentally stronger and more positive.

Way to stay positive
I have to. A lot has changed in my life over the last couple years. Without going into great detail, ive lost a career, had nothing, built it back up and been successful again, living in 2 states in 4 cities, and gave it all up again to help my ailing father, working just to help pay bills and such. My personal life is my own personal struggle. For me to think that busting my ass in the gym is hard ? ****....It's nothing. It's an escape from reality and betters my overall health and well being. If I can be successful in the gym, where people find it so hard, then i can be successful at anything i put my mind to.

had my off day yesterday and hit the gym for back/traps/bi's. Will have update up in the morning....im about to pass right the F out, lol.
So I decided to switch my schedule around...During the work week I figured Id just hit the gym after work...Gym has no AC so it's hot as a sonuvabitch in there. It's a tad bit cooler at night on top of not having many people. Can throw on my music and the place is deserted. It's my domain at that time. Anyways, last night was Back/Bi's
-Lat Pulldowns: 12x135, 10x175, 8x205, 6x225, 12x135
-Bent Over BB Rows: 15x135, 12x185, 12x185
-T-bar Rows: 3 sets x 12, 135
-single arm rows: 12x90, 10x135, 8x180, 12x90
-seated close grip rows: 12x120, 10x160, 8x190, 6x225, 105xfailure
-Shrugs: 5 sets x 12 @ 180lbs.
-Medium grip Curls
-Close Grip Curls
-Hammer Curls
-Single arm drop set concentration curls
-Overhead cable curls
(All curls down by sets of 3 for 10 reps)
I was worried how I would react to taking WF so late at night before bed. I had no trouble sleeping about 4 hours later. Still got all the great benefits from it that ive been getting. Hopefully it wont take long to get accustomed to the change in schedule.

Overall, a solid workout. Took my WF 30 min. prior and was amped up through the process...I then proceeded to knock out 30 minutes of running/biking afterwards.
Todays workout: GO HARD OR GO HOME
I gotta say, i was really inspired by branch warren today. His train insane video's amped me up. I suggest youtube'ing them whenever you can.
Back/Traps
-Lat Pulldowns: 15x135, 12x165, 10x210, 6x255, 4x300 (drop set to 165, 135, 90 x10)

Like Branch said in the video's, "LIGHTWEIGHT MOTHER ****ER, WHATCHU GOT MOTHER ****ER !?!?!"

Last night after a pretty grueling day at work, I decided just to go in for some cardio...My endurance on WF has been pretty amazing. Ive been out of purple wraath for a few weeks now and I can only imagine how long I could go for in the gym without feeling that fatigue.
Cardio Breakdown:
Time: Midnight
-10min warmup on med. resistance on bike
-30min Elliptical, mountain settings with med. resistance
-10min cooldown on med resistance on bike
-20min jog 2% incline at varied speeds (slow jogs to some running at times)
-10min. cooldown on bike, low resistance.
Felt good, body feels broken down at the moment due to work stress and my lifting but today is another day. Need more sound sleep at night though...Havent been about to stay asleep for long periods of time. Lots of waking up sporatically.

-Monday was shoulders and Bi's, I missed my log, sorry guys.
-Tuesday was an off day. Was a long day at work. Been busting my hump lately there.
-Tonight: Chest and Tri's, also it was the last of my White Flood. Now that it's cashed It's time to wrap up my Log.
Starting weight (5/20): 240lbs.
Ending weight (6/23): ......230lbs. !

(yeah, used my mobile photoshop on the phone for fun and overwrited the original....)
FINAL COMMENTS
Pros: New CL White flood has many positives about it. It's long lasting focus and energy is the staple of what you want in your pre workout supplement...The things I was happy about though were that my strength and "pump" was insane. Even though i low carbed for 7 weeks and my diet was nearly 50% of my maintenance, I still hit weights for reps consistantly at high volume. Also, my body never got "accustomed" to the rush. Every workout felt like the first time taking White flood.
Cons: I really dont have any outside of maybe the taste of the Lemonade flavor not being one of my favorites.
In conclusion, White Flood should be the staple in everyones supplement stash. It has all the needs you want in a pre-workout. Intensity, drive, and power, all come to mind when I take this product. I suggest everyone give it a try and for those that have used WF in the past....Youre gonna love 2.0 !
Thanks to everyone at CL and those that followed the log. I will continue on my cut through the summer and reach the goals ive set for myself. Thanks to the help of Controlled Labs !
