Thanks to James and Ergogenix for hookin me up with a bottle to log.

*I'll be doing this 3 caps with breakfast, and 3 with my postworkout meal around 5.
Expectations:
Test boosters have a bunch of difference effects, but the main ones I'll be looking out for are strength and increased sleep quality. I've gotten these effects from other test booster I tried, and imo they are the most important. I'll comment about other aspects and things I can see as well, but these two will be the focus for the log. If there's anything else you guys would like me to focus on feel free to let me know.
Routine:
I'll be doing the GST routine which can be found in the workout programs section. I'll also be doing a crapload of cardio as well in an effort to lean out. The average week looks like this:
Mon-Squat Day
Tues-Pull Day
Wed-Barbell Complexes and Cardio
Thurs-Lift Day
Fri-Cardio
Sat-Press Day
Sun-Rest or Cardio
I'm currently recomping more or less, so I'm hoping I can add a little strength while eating less than I have been for the past few months.
My first entry will be tomorrow for my lift day (deadlifts,etc.).

Day 2:
Second dose today. Had some pretty vivid dreams last night, I'm not sure it's from the supplement yet though. Haven't noticed anything else yet, but test boosters never kick in after just 2 days so that's to be expected.

I like to go light on the accessory exercise as I go all out on the core exercise. My workout really got screwed up today though. Went into work to just sign some paperwork (so I thought), then they told me I was working for 4 hours. Had to watch my cousins at 7:30, so I wasn't able to do any cardio after my workout like I normally like to. Have 10 hours of construction work in NYC tomorrow, so deadlifts may have been a bad idea :p

Day 4:
Don't remember if my dreams were crazy again last night but I did notice a bit more of a pump today which LCLT may have been apart of? I won't expect to see the full effects till like the second week or so. The numbers for my accessory exercises were fairly low, but I was so fried I couldn't do the required amount of reps with anymore. My arms/shoulders were seriously so pumped after this workout I had trouble getting my backpack on.

The LCLT will def. contribute to a great pump. That's what I started to notice after just a couple days of using.

Day 6:
More vivid dreams basically every night so far. The better sleep is sure helping me with all the days I have to wake up early, so I can't complain about that. Can't quite tell if my strength is up, but I think I'm getting stronger so it's possible. Looks like my skins getting a bit more oily too which could mean my test is starting to go up. I had a pretty solid pump in my quads as well.

Day 6:
So I think the strength gains are starting to kick in. Hadn't eaten for about 5 hours before I hit the gym and still managed to up my weights on a few things.. The improved sleep is really helping me power through these early mornings lately which is helpful for sure. Recovery seems to be up a bit too

Day 9:
Now I'm sure that my strength is up. When I first started my DL's I thought I couldn't get that many until my as many reps as possible set. Needless to say I'm really happy and felt like a tank in the gym. This deeper sleep helped me get up at 5:30 for work today, and still PR on my workout. Not a single complaint here. I really want to see the improvements on my press day this saturday.

Not too happy with today. Felt sorta worn out all day, and I'm not sure if it's cause I worked out really hard yesterday but my #'s weren't quite as high as I was hoping. Got a little strength increase but not nearly as much as I've been improving on my squat/deadlift. I have been noticing that I'm looking more vascular today though

This week will be rough gym wise. Have a wedding from Fri-Sun so no gym, and today was closed as well. I'll still have an update though and get a workout in anyways.

Yeah that may have been why my bench was effected after a heavy DL day. For this week I'm just going to hit my pull/press workouts. Squat and DL have been shooting up so I have to prioritize my weak spots. After this weekend though, schedule resumes as normal.

Lot to note today. I think the product is in full swing now. My appetite has been insane lately, but I haven't put on any fat from what I can see. Skin has become more oily for sure and I've been getting a tiny bit of acne. Sleep is still really great, which in turn has helped my recovery a bit. The gym was closed today so I had to just do my own thing, but tomorrow will resume with pull day. I'm sweating buckets at the moment and really got the blood flowing during my workout.

Day 14+15:
Great sleep like usual. I haven't commented on it much, but I can also tell a difference in libido for sure. It's been noticeable for about a week now I'd say. Strength is up too since the last time I did high reps. Got more reps and higher weights on just about everything. Improved recovery as well, and I haven't been feeling that beat up after my workouts.

Not much to note that I haven't already pointed out. Acne/oily skin has gone away though which is always nice. Strength seems to be up a bit more as well. I had to go to a wedding all weekend which was the reason for the lack of updates, so sorry about that. Had a really solid pump throughout my workout with more vascularity as well.

Today was fairly average. No PR's today and I didn't feel much stronger for some reason. I think my chest strength is goin to permanently suck at this point lol. Just aimed for really little rest today between sets, usually less than a minute.

Best workout of the entire log. PR'd on nearly everything, and just felt alpha as fawk the entire workout. I've gained some strength for sure throughout this log, and my bench should be up about 5 lbs this coming week. I'll have a wrap up post tomorrow that highlights everything.
