What would you guys like to see in this blog? alittle background info. ive been training/competing in mma/jiu jitsu for 5 years now. im a blue belt 4 stripe Gracie barra i should be a purple but who cares haven't been training gi for almost a year now. i train about 6-8 hours a day 6 days a week. Weight lifting/jiu jitsu/muay thai/karate/wrestling/strength and conditioning. im 8-2 amateur mma i have a fight on june 25th i plan on fighting 2 more amateur fights then moving on to pro. sooo overall what would you guys like in this blog? pictures,videos,diets,lifting routines,training etc you tell me and ill try my best to provide. Blog starts Monday May 16th. Thank you again Boa!

Honestly man whatever you want to put on. The more the better. Pictures videos, whatever you really got throw it on. What weight do you fight at? 6-8 hours a day thats insane, good for you. What's your schedule like?

ive fought at both 170 and 155. at 170 i was 190 i stopped weight lifting and lost tons of fat/muscle. now im around 165 and i cut to 155. i plan on bulking to 170 to cut to 155.
training schedule:Tues/thurs Jiujitsu 2 hours in the am 2 hours strength and conditioning then at night 2 hours muaythai/karate 2 hours wrestling/mma/jiu jitsu. Mondays/Wednesday 2 hours kickboxing in the am 2 hours kickboxing at night 1 hour weight lifting.

I'll follow along, interested in whatever you want to throw up. I'll training as much as I can over the next few months. I'll get my log back up and running as well.

Meal 1-6 boiled eggs,spinach,half cup brown rice and cup of coffee/16 oz water.
Kickboxing
3x3 minute heavy jump ropeing (thing weighs like 10 lbs)
3x3 minute normal jump rope
3x3 shadow boxing (mirror)
5x5 bag work/mit work
5x5 lite sparring
3x3 Rapid fire (its where your going all out on a heavy bag you sprawl do push ups get back up and rotate your arms then when he says "rapid fire" you go all out on the bag again"

im liking it makes them think your going for a teep kick or a front kick then it switches right to the head. i dont train till later tonight but ill be around and ill post my diet through out the day.

meal 2: two porkchops,spinach w/olive oil,20 oz water. i dont know why but this meal was hard to put down.

Protein shake 1 scoop.1 cup of almonds.moar spinach w/olive oil and lemon juice. im training in alittle bit.

Strength and conditioning was pretty intense lots of kettle bell training, medicine balls, parachute runs, sprints etc tons of stuff. Then i did the madcow 5x5 workout.

Just got done with jiu jitsu worked on mount escapes,single legs/double legs,grego takedowns. punch blocks with gloves on. then strength and conditioning im exhausted and i still have 4 more hours to go!

i walk around 170 cut to 155 5'9 reach id have to find out.
How much does it cost to compete I hear its like 1,000 usd for the blood test/physical to fight,

He's ammy, so depending on state, it should be free or close to it. In three states I've fought in the mosy has cost a one time $25. Plus you get free hotels and food.

how much did it cost for the blood tests and physicals for a amatuer fight? and do they pay you or no?
