Nice, I remember you posting your pre contest pics, how did it go? I cant remember the final results, how did your peak weak set up? placing?
But yea a month later and ur still <12% bf imo. Only thing i find strange is that you have "loose" skin in ur abdomen.... Now how is that possible if ur gaining weight? :P
edit:
Nvm I lied, I now remember you "Show Day" thread. Gz

I actually feel i look better today then on show day!
The comp went very well i took 4th out of 11 in the open mens middle weight. For my first show i was very happy.
Last Jan i was 255lbs when i stepped on stage i was 172. i think thats where the loose skin comes from.

absolutely fantastic work post-show brother! it takes tremendous dedication to pull off a reverse diet, especially given how hard you were struggling the last few weeks.
tell us how you did it? what were your macros at the end of prep? how have you brought them up? any binging episodes? tell us EVERYTHING!:D i seriously am very nervous for myself and could use the information.

Well since its storming out and i cant ride the bike ill take some time to answer the questions.
Reverse dieting blows plain and simple. You have nothing to aim for in the near future and all you want to do is put on mass. Now with that said i just wanted to maintain a lean life style so bad that i just accepted the fact the first few weeks would be hell!!
My macros for the last 3 weeks of prep were p/c/f 250/100/45 my macros as of today are p/c/f 195/385/55. I actually just started putting on weight this week i woke up today at 176 we will see what the scale says tomorrow as i ate a lot of sodium yesterday.
As far as binging goes i eat whatever i want on sundays. I try to keep the fat lower on sundays but if something is calling my name i eat it!! Id say my worst day was mothers day. It was the first time i have been out to eat in MONTHS and it was a all you can eat brunch.
I have berto coaching me for the off season so i basically do whatever he tells me. For a while we were bumping CHO daily but i can see we are going to stay here for a bit. I may try to compete again on October 1st but i feel im really lacking all around size so i may wait until next season.

Yea they suck to say the least i have been hitting them hard.
I hardly let loose the night of and the next day by Monday i was back to hitting macros. I think at that time i was at 190/160/50 or something along those lines.
The night of i hardly ate anything and i thought my stomach was going to explode. Then i had big plans for the next day and i was just still so stuffed. Id have to say the first day i ate till i was very full was mothers day at the brunch. Like i said on Sundays i eat what i want and dont count macros or at least try not to count macros!

I never noticed before but now I do, maybe it's because your not tan. But as an area of focus you haaaaaave to bring up them calves brother. You may be tall idk I didn't look at your stats but I think that's an area to focus on. Progression is what we all aim for it's part of getting better

Out of curiosity, when you competed did you have extra skin inspite of being shredded?

I feel "loose" skin is just a excuse for being to fat still. So I feel I got very lean yes but not shredded. I was still a little soft.
