Hi all. Don't know if anyone would be interested in this but thought I'd make it just so I can see how I go. I have been training hard for about 6 weeks now but I did 8 months on and off last year before starting work and going 4 months without any exercise so coming back to the gym 6 weeks ago was hard but Ive been going about 4-7 times a week. I've been training 1 on 1 with Muay thai fighter Paul Slowinski at World Gym Adelaide and will be for as long as I can I think. He likes to think I will be ready for my first fight by the end of the year. So I'm making my goal to have my first fight by next birthday (March 23rd 2012) I'm going to update every few days on workouts/results. I'm starting off pretty easy because my fitness level is pretty crap at the moment but increasing rapidly.

Current stats (average)
Height: 175cm
Weight: 73.2kg
Bodyfat: 12.7%

I will get maximum weights results for people soon. I don't hit the weights too much as it's not really needed. I really need to increase my leg kicking height so if anyone has any good stretches that will help on this let me know. Cheers.

Well just thought I'd chuck this out there. worked with weights on triceps and bit of back this morning at 7:30. Then went to work at 8:30. Went back to gym at 2:15 did some sparring and cardio stuff with Paul which was good. He also got me a ticket to watch Knees of fury with him. my old trainer Charlie Chau will be fighting this Friday in that which will be good. I'm feeling a lot more fit then before and ttrying to get m fighting endurance up and trying to increase kicking height still but all is going well.

Bought a bike in the past week and started riding to work and gym for extra cardio. Took it on it's first trip today. first trip was 12.5km from mine to the gym. Did some weights working chest and Tri's. Then I rode the bike another 9km and played a indoor soccer game before riding home. My legs feel pretty Fckd right now but should be good for some sparring tomorrow.
