It shouldn't be this hard to get restarted. I was at 330lbs last August I started eating right and running daily. I've been stuck at 250-255 for 5 months now. I had slowed down on working out because I went back to work dining 15 he days. After I was laid off again I add lifting to my workouts. I ended up pulling both my hammies squatting too deep. Then a week later tore my shoulder labrums benching. I'm still eating healthy and lifting a little I ran the other day but had to wrap one of my hamstrings cuz its still messed up. I really need to get back to running I have go finish losing my gut I'm not happy. For some reason I'm having a hard time getting out and doing it. Sorry for the rambling I feel better

Dude...I kinda feel your pain...I too have had injury set backs lower back problems...Shin splints that reduced to walking until there totally healed....Don't over do the lifting man until you totally healed...Continue to watch your eating and low impact exercising...Self

If you can't workout, work on your diet. Try and do whatever little you can without hurting yourself or re injuring yourself. The most important thing is to heal. The lifting will come later. Keep positive.
