Hi Ladies;
I have spoken to alot of you already about various threads ;)
But, I have a "?"

Has anyone ever gotten a "charlie horse" while using the leg extension machine????

It was the damndest thing! I had increased the weight (about 15 lbs ;) ya, I know) & within the 1st 3 lifts came this HUGE BALL OF TIGHTENING PAIN in the middle of my calf????

Like BRUTAL! I was up off the damn machine jumping around doing the "Fred Flinstone"
This was a bad one :(

I took a smal walk, did a small stretch & headed back to the machine
worked my other leg, no problem

Lifted Charlie'd leg started to push down & YOWZA! There it was again!!!!!

I had to drop the weight back & by then I had already done enuff damage that it took me all bloody weekend to recover from that stupid "Charlie Horse"

Any stories on this to share? Had a similar experience? WTF? lmao

I get foot cramps if I do anything that requires pointing my toes. So when I put my foot back behind me on a bench for Bulgarian Split Squats, it really sucks because I know my foot is going to cramp up. I am sure people think I really struggle with these squats if they look at my facial expressions while I am doing them lol.

Haha, me too! My toes seize up horribly when I'm leg pressing or doing calves on the press. I always have to take a break to do the toe cramp dance. :p
