Cake and Frosting

My simple cake recipe, put in 2 tiny pans (tartlet pans)--for a mini cake

1 scoop protein powder (I used BSNs Cookies and Cream)
2T water
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder

grease pans. bake at 350 for 15 min

"frosting"
cream cheese (about 2-4 T)
splenda
1/2tsp vanilla extract (or less)


My bf ate his bday cake yesterday and I got to eat cake too! :)
