Hi I am down to those last 10 pounds and it has been really difficult! I lost 60 lbs this year and now I want to focus on strength training to give me the toned look as well as drop BF%. I heard carb cycling was good for this. I read several articles but they are from men and their numbers vary. Any women have any success with carb cycling? If so what numbers did you use for low, medium, high days? Any articles written by women on this topic? Thanks. Also I'm 5"3 130 pounds if that helps at all.
