I eat 5-8 meals per day and always try to get a serving of protein and carbs each meal.
The usual foods i eat are:
Protein foods-
Eggs
Whey protein shakes
Chicken breast
Steak
Fish
Carb foods-
Pasta(realise this isnt ideal)
Wholewheat breads(realise this isnt ideal)
Rice
Oats
Looking for any advice and actual diet plans, including what you eat for which meal and when.
