continued that diet and came to this

another cycle to this

well this aint working cause summer is right around the corner!
so I dont care what you say about any diet that is out there you have to find what works for you and your goals.
so im going back to wat works for me to get ready for summer. im throwing all science out of the door becasue its a bunch of ****. dieting is hard, thats all there is to it! theres no easy way around it. if you want perfection you have to make some sacrifices and thats what im goign to do, yes i understand that i am going to lose a little bit of muscle but there is no way im going into the summer looking like i am now knowing that i can look way more shredded!
STATS
six foot three inches tall
the scale reads 227 with jeans on
i dont care about BF% just wats in the mirror
GOAL
200 pounds of straight up muscle!
PLAN
food=egg whites, skinless chicken breast, plain oats, whole grain bread, brocolli, tuna, spinach, vinigar
workouts=10 minute MISS preworkout
high intensity lifting 5 days a week
15 minutes MISS postworkout
30 minutes MISS before bed
during the week i will jot down foods that tempt me and every ten days i will pick one of these foods and eat it till my hearts content (cheat meal)
im going out today and enjoy the foods i will not be able to enjoy while on this plan, i will eat what ever i want today then tomorro all hell breaks loose, im sick of all the bull**** article on the web claiming that dieting does not have to be hard, if you are an endo morph dieting is hard! plain and simple, there is no way around it!
check back often cause this thread will be my daily vice

Low carbs dieting can be pretty tough to stick to for a prolonged period of time, sometimes leading to periods of binge eating. You can still get shredded while eating carbs, just make sure that at the end of the day you are still at a caloric deficit. Good luck.

as for the "i should" count my cals, there is no need, ive dieted like this before and there is no need to stress over it. i will in no doubt be in a deficit!
the cheat meal will not be happening, bad idea overall!
just sit back and watch...

i should have written that a lil different, science is everything! my problem is that everyone has scientific bull sh!t to back up their diet, ive taken all these peoples science to heart and tried all these fad diets (keto, Warrior diet, Intermittent fasting) and they are all garbage to my body, proof is in the photos, so im going to go with my balanced diet that has worked for me year in and year out.
i would like veryone to know that im not asking for advice here, this is simply my diet. follow if youd like, if you dont wanna just check back in 4 weeks!

What the heck did you eat to blow up like that so fast? Did you just start eating everything insite when coming off a low carb or something? Id say it was probably just water weight puff. Did you make a log about doing The high fat / pro diet like 2 weeks back?
Unless you are really carb sensitive there is no way in heck that you could just gain BF unless you just started to straight up binge like a mofo. Cal in vs Cal out :/

Dude, I'm giving you a good website because you don't understand what dieting truly is. I hate the word "diet" anyways..
What ever, suit yourself.

talked to this dude in the gym today, big dude, actually pretty jacked, and he is 56 years old! well we got to talking weights and sh!t, then on to nutrition, i asked him, "wat do you eat?" he responds with "nuthin", i gave him a confused look and asked "please enlighten me" his response "well after i lift i go to work and live of these propels here (points to water bottle) then when i get home, usually around 6-8 at night i eat about two whole chickens and a box of rice, then just before bed i have a big a$$ bowl of ice cream".... sounds like IF to me, so im completely convinced!

Diets goin good hasn't been a week yet, will weigh in on Monday, then chime in here!
Im on no fad diet, today I have been turned onto IF to reduce the stress of cooking and eating every 3 hours. In the end it's cals in vs. Cals out!
