I can't do morning cardio so do you think an hour of midday cardio and 1/2 hour of post workout cardio is sufficient

Unless you planned on doing "fasted" cardio, which MIGHT make a small difference. But others, including Layne have stated that its better to EAT before cardio anyways....
hmm or I guess it could "kick-start" your metabolism for the day....
In the end it shld still be calories in vs out. :p

Just gonna echo what the above two have said, doesnt really make a difference to be honest.
I prefer to do mine am to get it out the way, sometimes i do it post-workout. Some time i do it before my last meal it doesnt really matter, aslong as you get it done
