Oly Squat: 350x5, 375x1
CG Bench: 230x1
Deadlift: 515x1

I calculated my calories and I need to consume around 2,300 to lose weight.

macros are 200/137/105
Today I had:

2,494 calories
184/156/94

1st meal:
3 eggs fried with cheese, oatmeal with peanut butter skipp(1 tablespoon)

2nd meal:
proten shake in water

3rd meal:
chicken(2 breasts), pinto beans 3 tablespoons, 3 tblespoons rice, whole wheat tortilla, avocado

4th meal
carne asada(120g), beans( 4tblspoons), whole wheat tortilla

5th :
protein shake with milk, peanut butter, and banana

6th meal:
5 egg whites
