Hey guys,

I am pretty new to this site and I wanted to get some advice on supplements. I am looking for an appetite suppressant and metabolism booster??? I don't want to buy any weight loss products because I am not heavy enough to take them/It doesn't really do anything for me. I am looking for possibly a vitamin product(natural) that will help me while working out(give me energy) and suppress my appetite. I lift 5 days a week and do cardio after lifting. I have a little bit of fat in my lower abdomen like a little pooch that I can't seem to get rid of. I also have hips. The rest of my body is pretty toned and in good shape. I have been just working super hard and I can't say I eat right all the time but I definitely make up for it at the gym. I tried taking lipo six black hers to see if thermogenics would be any help but I only lost about 4 pounds and didn't see much change in my stomach/overall look. I drink Whey protein shake after I work out almost 4 days a week. Every since I stopped taking lipo six, I started eating a lot more too. I liked how it suppressed my appetite because I usually eat 3,000 calories a day I just never get full and with the pills, I managed to eat about 2,000 a day. Any comments would be appreciated. What am I doing wrong?? PLEASE HELP!

PLEASE HELP! Any comments are appreciated!!!!!!!

For that little extra pooch you are not happy with, I don't think that relying on a fat-burner/appetite suppressing supplement is the answer. Consistency with your diet and coping with all that entails is the key.

Also, our "trouble" spots may not improve even with dieting and shedding fat. Sometimes we will begin to look better when we decide to increase calories and actually add muscle. Without your stats, it's hard to say what scenario you fall into.

Lots of lean muscle mass is a great metabolism booster.
Willpower is a great appetite suppresant.

Sorry, can't offer any other help, this is all I use.

I don't think you'll find anything natural that will help more than the Lipo 6 did. I think 4 pounds lost is alot if you thought the fat burner helped with it. I take it too & it does work fine as an appetite suppressant & for energy. I think the above advice is great. Supplements can only take you so far & it sounds like they've done all they're going to do for you.

Unless maybe you were taking them for awhile. I don't think you can take them longer than about 8 weeks before they stop being effective & you have to take a break for a few weeks before starting again.

Hi! :) First of all, in reference to the lower abs question/problem, abs are made in the kitchen! A tight diet will get you closer to the shape that you want. As far as a thermogenic product goes, I've personally used OxyElite Pro with great results (energy and focus in the gym, good appetite suppressant, and I've lost about 5 pounds just in the last 6 weeks). That being said, do NOT rely completely on a supplement to kill your appetite! You must also be mindful of the fact that not every supplement will work for every individual. I know that stinks to hear, but it is not an easy process to fight cravings, especially when your body starts to lose fat.

I definitely understand what your talking about with abs being in the kitchen. I'm going to watch closely what I eat and see what happens
