My GF typically complains about a old shoulder injury she developed when she was working out
Said it was from a pullover machine.
so I always assumed it was a rotator cuff injury forcing the arm to rotate instead of using the Serratus.
Anyhow, the other day, i tried to show her kickbacks, and low and behold she couldn't get her elbow into position with a 1.5lb weight with elbow at 90*...
Said their was some pain in the middle/lower portion of the shoulder blade, and near the top portion of the bicep... I tried looking through shoulder anatomy diagrams but they were a bit complicated as its a 3D joint...
any ideas?
