Well I stand here today six feet and three inches from the ground, weighing 220 pounds at 10%body fat. I've done it all when it comes to dieting, keto (tkd,CKD), balanced diet, low fat diet, even touched on a diet of chicken and broccoli! The heaviest I've ever been is 270, the lightest I've ever been is 210.
I'm satisfied with the way I look and simply want to get my bodyfat a little lower and continue to put a little bit of muscle on here and there.
I'm a sucker for meat and veggies, I'm not huge on sweets, besides an occasional cheat.
Through my two years of lifting and dieting I've been brainwashed to eat 5-7 small meals a day, this has put a huge damper on my life as I am always carrying around a cooler of food and freaking out if it is three o'clock and I haven't eaten since 11.
This brings me to try a little experiment, I will go through my day not eating then feast when I get home after my workout. I will not count calories, due to the fact that, there is no way in hell I will go past my maintenance of 3200 cals in one meal of meat and veggies. Again this is an experiment, don't hate on me for trying something new!

I have taken pictures and. I will load them as a collage after ten weeks of this.

Training days I will be having some liquid Aminos before my workout, a whey isolate shake post workout, then have my meal an hour after.
Rest days I will be just having my one meal whenever I get home and have the time to feast.
One day a week I will eat whatever I want, I am currently undecided if I'm goin to stick to natural foods for this meal or if I will go out for a crazy cheat meal. When that time comes I will post.
My training split will be two days on followed by one day off, chest will be paired with triceps, back with biceps, delts with traps, and legs will have there own day.
I officially started this yesterday (Easter dinner) I ate a ton of ham, cheese and cashed about the whole veggie tray

Today's meal went like this
5 eggs, 4 slices bacon, 2/3 lb ground beef, 2 slices cheese, 2 cups of chopped broccoli for dessert I had a protein smoothie (1scp whey, 2cups almond milk, ice)

I will be checking in here on a daily basis during my resting time after the feast. Also tomorro I am goin to list my ideas and some vocabulary!

Much about this can be found by studying the diet of the ancient romans (who in my opinion have the greatest physiques of all time)

you are incapable of knowing what thier physique was like. The majority of them could have all been fat for all we know.

History channel bro. They got vidz.

Those videos are based on predictions and probably statues they found. It doesn't mean all of them looked like that. Maybe a few of them but surely not all of them.

I wasn't serious.....

I tried this once before in the form of "The Warrior Diet". It's easier when you start your feast with vegetables/soups, move to proteins, and finish with carbs. But it's just weird to transition to...But good job trying! Lol!
