This is my first ever experience with PSMF and I thought I would do a short log to record the possible benefits of short term psmf stints. Starting today.

PSMF for 4 days M-Th

250grams protein on lifting days
215grams protein on rest days
Carbs only from fibrous veggies to curb hunger

Since this period of time is only 4 days, I expect it to be quite easy to follow while losing hopefully 2lbs in 4 days. If I like the results I will do the same thing next week M-Th. On the other days F-Sun I will continue my current cutting calories of ~2000-2200. I will be doing cardio, but minimally. I am also doing this all IF style still also.

Cant think of anything else I want to add so lets do this I guess lol.

Easy. First day always is.

Day 2: Still easy, I anticipate days 3&4 to be the start of hunger, which is why I am going to stop at 4 and take a while to eat regular cutting macros

Day 3: Lifting lower body kinda sucked energy-wise but eh, one more day. Gotta say this isnt very hard yet.

Day 4 Part 1: Daaaang am I sore. Really quite glad this shiz is almost over for now. Kinda feeling mentally fuzzy/ agitated today as well as energy shot. Hunger is lingering and randomly felt. Really looking forward to carbs tomorrow =]. Will update at the end of the night for final recap for now.

Oops forgot to update at the end of the day. PSMF kinda sucks to say the least, nooooo energy. Maybe ill just take things slolw and steady and be patient. Maybe start an IF log that has a lot more to it than this one did haha.
