So, this is my first log, and by the name of the title im sure you know what its for.
Tell me if anything I'm doing for this log is wrong or if im missing anything please.
So todays meal was
1lb Lean Ground Beef
I Think about a lb of Roast
1/2 cup green beans
1 cup of salad
After this I took my dog for a walk and when I got home I had a glass of Milk and about a cup of rice.
Hopfully this is alright food for this diet if anyon has anything to say please help me out.

everything looks good..by the way you have a 4 hour period to eat so if you got hungry again and craved carbs-go for it...try to add some fruits in your meal

So, I forgot to take a pic today I was to anxcious to eat.
I had a decent size pita stuffed with chicken caesar salad (about half a chicken)
1 cup of apple sauce
1 cup of mashed potatoes
Got me STUFFED!
I Will edit if I eat anything else.

So, today might not have been the best but I had too.
not the best way to start a diet haha
1 Peice of Lasagna
1/2lb White Turkey
2 cups Salad
1 cup bean salad
1/2 cup turkey stuffing
1 BIG PEICE OF CHEESECAKE THAT UPSET MY STOMACH!

lol no problem dude, im just givin it a go, i cant seem to lose anything else with a regular diet so meh, if it works it works, if i start gaining i stop :P

Your goal is cutting:
There is one simple rule to cutting weight. Cals in vs cals out period.
During the cutting process the goal is to lose as much bodyfat while maintaining as much lean mass as you can. This means cutting calories gradually while being sure to stay sufficient in protein, fat and carbs.
