Hi guys, im a little over 3 weeks out from show time and would like your opinion on whether you think my cals are too low.
As of now im ~150 pounds.
My calories are at 1574.25 and the breakdown is 90.15 carbs, 212.85 protein, 31.85 fat.
I do cardio everyday, 2 times sprints and the other days a mix of moderate intensity with some intervals i.e. 1 min run, 1 min walk, and so on. I end up burning around 450-500 cals on moderate days and about 250 on sprint days.
Any input in welcomed, thanks.

wow carbs & fats seem very low. How long have you been at these levels? if you are finding that you are plateauing, you may need a refeed. Work with your metabolism, don't kill it.

Cals have been slightly higher over the past few weeks but i have gradually been taking out a bit here and there. This is about 80 cals lower than last week. I am having a refeed once a week where my macros come up to 273.5 carbs – 151 protein – 13.9 fat. My weight hasnt been going down very much but i am looking leaner tho.

Your fat and protein are very very low. I'd probably recommend them coming back up a bit.

I thought on refeed days you were supposed to bring protein down to 1g/pound and keep fat as low as possible?

I think you mean fat/carbs are very low :P 200+ protein for 150lber seems efficient :P
Idk really wat to tell you OP, It seems extremely low but idk ur body. Have you been reducing cals by 80c a week even when losing enough weight?
If this is as low as you NEED to go, then like andyboi said, makes sure u do a nice refeed 1-2x a week. (sporatic, not consecutive days)

Well, tbh the scale hasnt been moving a hell of a lot. But like i said i have been looking a lot leaner day by day. I also forgot to mention that im a little behind in prep and as i will be following layne norton peak week approach, i only really have around 2 and abit weeks left of dieting and i want to come in a lean as possible.

Yeah those look pretty low. I'd maybe start doing some carb/calorie cycling - like 3 low days and 1 high, or something like that. Be careful though - 3 weeks is starting to get close to show time.

This exactly
Your metabolism is prbly outa wack, so best recommendation is to carb/cal cycle.
Also, being that close and STILL needing to lose more weight, id make sure ur upping ur cardio as much as possible. This way even if your metab is gone to **** your still burning extra calories.
