Hey All,
Was wondering if i should take my C4 preworkout out supp before my pump-up on contest day? any advice would be great, thanks!

I sugar and carb loaded the day of. Pitted dates with honey on top. About an hour and a half before I went on stage. Doesn't that preworkout contain some sort of banned substance?

ha to sum it up i'm actually just taking pictures for my 12 week transformation and have been treating the last week as 'peak week' and was just curious. yes it would be banned from competition i've heard, but since it is a vascular dialator i was just curious from the photo aspect. thanks tho!
